白蘿蔔最適合的吃法是涼拌食用
因其中所含的澱粉酶不耐高溫,只要70度C的溫度就會被破壞!
且維生素C也不耐熱~所以白蘿蔔以涼拌的方式攝取,對身體更有益唷。
